Not too much to report for the past week. Didn't eat anything bad despite the influx of Christmas cookies and other treats that our office gets every year (apparently under the belief that cookies and candy makes tech support people forget how you accidently downloaded viruses and spyware on your computer all year).
Anyway, I didn't expect much when I stepped on the scale this morning. Except for fitting into some jeans that I couldn't 2 weeks ago, I didn't really *feel* lighter. But surprisingly, I dropped another 6 lbs this week to weigh in at 254. Two challenging days are ahead, but as long as I don't go overboard at Christmas dinner, I should be okay.
