Good results for the first week. Weighed in this morning at 260 lbs. An 8 lb loss in the first week. Today's lunch menu is the classic soup and salad.
Was going to start on a new exercise regimen tonight, but the gym is closed tonight because of the weather (at least thats what Erin told me. I'll have to double check.) If I can't make it tonight I'll have to try on Wednesday.
