Ugh! I didn't blow the diet today but I HAVE TO STOP the light snacks. I had a 100 calorie bag of Ritx miz when I got home. A small 2% cottage cheese. That's 200 extra calories I just didn't need. I also had seconds on the edamame and black beans I made. Need ... to ... stick ... to plan.
