Here we go.

On day 4 of new diet and exercise regimen.  Did 3 miles on treadmill both Monday and Wednesday.  Big ups to Erin for going to the gym with me.  I haven't actually weighed in yet.  Maybe this weekend.

Two goals for now.  1) Run in a 5k this summer  2) Get down below 250 so that I can ride the giant zipline at one of the ports during our cruise in July.
